As a Top Producer within Northrop Realty since the program’s inception, Karla consistently places high in the company for Sales Volume and Units year-after-year. Karla works extensively to provide her clients with elevated levels of negotiation, responsiveness, professionalism and expertise as it relates to Real Estate. Karla works with Buyers and Sellers throughout various life stages—and all types of homes. She is a frequent speaker at seminars for those looking to gain knowledge on how to buy or sell a home. Karla also partners with Local Corporations, Military and Government Agencies to extend professional Real Estate services to their employees. Karla lives in Western Howard County and is a past President and Board Member of the Howard County Million Dollar Club. She is currently on the Board of Directors for Vantage House, an active retirement community located in Howard County.
